Uckfield Heritage Refunds & Returns Policy:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.

Customers returning items should:

Return the original till receipt
Return the goods unused and in unopened packaging where applicable
Return the items within 28 days of purchase

Customers will be entitled to a refund or exchange.
